1. Shipping Policies - Please Read!:
Payments made by Credit Card usually SHIP OUT the same day or next business day.
Payments made by E-check must clear (takes about 4 days) before anything ships out.
As soon as your check clears, we will ship your item out immediately.
Shipping is done from our warehouse Monday through Friday.
Shipping will occur on Saturday if needed, but not usually, as our office is closed.
We ship all orders UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail whichever is faster, at no charge!
Orders placed before 12:00 noon (MST) usually SHIP OUT the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 noon (MST) usually SHIP OUT the next business day.
We offer Overnight/Express shipping on most orders at an extra charge.
Please contact us vie Email, Phone, or Chat and give us your name and order number to request that on your order. We will then give you an estimate.
However, these rules apply to all Overnight/Express orders:
1. Overnight/Express shipments are NOT guaranteed at a certain time.
UPS or USPS will deliver within their 24 hour window, but no time given.
2. Any orders placed with Overnight/Express before 12:00pm (Mountain time) should have their orders delivered within 24 hours of the order being placed. Orders after that time will have their orders delivered 24 hours from the Next business Day.
For instance, if you place your order at 3:00pm on Monday, Your order will most likely be delivered on Wednesday. If you order at 11:00 AM on Monday, your order most likely will be delivered Tuesday afternoon. We are not the ones who deliver the packages, so it's up to the carrier when to deliver it to you! Overnight/Express charges are NOT refundable. We will try our absolute best to get your order shipped ASAP that day!
2. Shipping address policy
All orders that total over 200.00 MUST ship to the address on your order.
If any order is over 200.00, we cannot change the address unless you cancel
the order and make a new order with the address you would like it to ship to.
This policy is strictly enforced and there are no exceptions.
Please Note* - We will strive to ship your item(s) as soon as possible, but sometimes
unforseen things can happen and delay shipping. Winter snow storms can cause delays as well as holiday season. Same Day or Next business Day applies under most normal circumstances. As a rule , please allow 5 to 7 days for shipping.
Free Shipping - We ship to every state in the US including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico!
However, the ship time may take a little longer than normal to those places.
We do not ship to Canada or any other country outside of the U.S.A.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico is FREE!
3. Order Not Received: If you never received your order and the tracking status says In Transit, Arrival or Returned to sender, we will re-send your order at no charge to you, or give you a refund. If however, you never received your order and tracking status says DELIVERED, you must contact USPS to have the shipment traced. We will not give refunds for this type of occurance. If your order was perhaps stolen or lost, we will not re-send the order or give a refund. You must purchase again with a new order.
If UPS or USPS gives us proof after tracing it that the shipment was lost, we will re-ship the same product only. No refunds will be given.
Orders over 30 days old showing DELIVERED are also not refunded in this type of issue.
These are fair policies with NO EXCEPTIONS.

4. Wrong Merchandise (You ordered the wrong item)
If you have ordered the wrong product:
Check your receipt or packing slip with your order confirmation E-mail to
validate what was purchased. We will do the same.
All Exchanges/Refunds are given with 30 Days of Invoice Date - You must contact us
within that time frame or no Exchange or Refund will be given. No Exceptions.
There are 2 ways to handle this issue:
4a. Purchase the correct item you want and send back the incorrect item.
Once we receive your return back here, you receive a refund or credit for it after it has been inspected and everything returned in the same condition as it was sent to you.
4b. Send us back the incorrect item. Once we receive your return back here, you receive a refund or credit for it after it has been inspected and everything returned in the same condition as it was sent to you. The order will be refunded minus a 10% restock fee. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Now, if the item you want is not in stock, we must refund you once we receive the item you sent back after inspection and any restock fees applied. No Refund or credits are given until we have received the item back from you. NO EXCEPTIONS. The returned item MUST be unused, intact, and in the same condition as we shipped it initially.
Please make sure everything we sent to you initially is sent back to us unused and in the same condition as we sent it to you or no refund will be given. There are no exceptions to this policy. We must receive the item(s) back unused, undamaged, and intact. If any items are damaged while being returned to us, you are responsible for any damages caused, and you may not recieve a refund.
We will not issue any refunds or credits until we receive our product back at our facility and the item(s) are inspected. We reserve the right to ship back or not ship back items you send to us at our discretion. Please contact us if you have any questions.
According to policy, anything purchased in error is the Responsibility of the Customer, This includes shipping, unless the item you receive is defective, which in this case, is not the problem, or we shipped you the wrong item in error. If we shipped you the wrong item go to the next paragraph below. Otherwise, you must ship the item back to us using any carrier of your choice. We require a tracking number so you and we, have proof it was shipped back to us. We shipped the original order to you free of charge, therefore you are responsible for sending the item back to us. NO EXCEPTIONS. The tracking number must be given to us AND the item shipped back to us. Until we receive both the tracking number and then the item, we cannot issue a refund. There are no exceptions to this policy.
5. Wrong Merchandise (We sent you the wrong item)
First of all, We apologize. Please send us back the wrong item.
We will send you back the correct item if you wish.
We will pay for shipping back to us , since it was our fault or error and this was proven by your order confirmation and what is shown on your packing slip.
Please CONTACT US via e-mail or phone us before you send it, to confirm and to get a
free return label to return the item back to us.
You will get a refund, credit, or the correct item shipped to you, whichever you prefer.
This type of issue must be brought to our attention within 30 days of purchase. There are No Exceptions.
6. Wrong Address ( you gave us wrong address - shipment returned)
When you place your order you MUST provide us with a valid, correct, shipping
address! If you are with a company, you MUST provide your company's name
with your order. This assures both of us that your order will be delivered properly.
If your order is returned back to us for bad address, we will send it back out if you like.
You will however, have to pay for shipping back to you.
Again, any Undeliverable returned shipments back to us incur a standard
ground shipping fee. If you don't want the order, a 10% Restock charge will incur.
If it was our mistake however, we will pay for all charges to re-ship.
We believe this to be a fair policy for everyone.
If this is not what you would like, we will give you a refund, minus the original
shipping charges incurred by us the first time. There are no exceptions to this
policy. We provide free shipping on every order, but the address must be correctly
provided to assure you and us of delivery. This can be a very expensive mistake
for both of us, so please be careful when giving us this information when you order!
Refill Kit Policy:
All of our Brother Toner Refill Kits are purchased at your own risk, with the
knowledge that your printer is working normally and not having any issues.
Refill kits give you the volume of the high yield equivalent cartridges. Page yield
can be any number of prints, depending on use, paper thickness, amount of
text or graphics on each page, etc. It may not be an exact page yield number.
There are NO REFUNDS on refill kits, unless they are returned UN-USED.
You MUST return the refill kit exactly in the condition mailed to you.
If your printer is having issues and you use a refill kit which does not fix the
problem, we will not give a refund for this reason. You purchase a refill kit with
the assumption of your printer working properly.
Our refill kits are made to work with Original Brother Cartridges ONLY.
We cannot guarantee they will work in Compatible or Generic products.
You must return your refill kit UN-USED and the toner bottle UNOPENED.
All reset gears and CD's must be included in your return.
Once your return is inspected and approved, we will give you a refund.
All Returns and/or Exchanges are issued within 30 days of invoice. Please contact us within that time frame.
These policies are strict and there are NO EXCEPTIONS.
7. UNOPENED MERCHANDISE, NOT USED or UNWANTED MERCHANDISE
Unused, Unopened cartridges may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, or used as credit towards an exchange. This only applies to orders that are returned in their entirety. Return shipping costs on warranty replacement items, defects, and
errors on our behalf will be the responsibility of BrotherToners.com otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a refund, the refund will be given to the customer upon receipt, in good physical condition, unused and 100% undamaged of the returned items. No Exchanges or Returns are accepted after 30 days.
There will be a 10% restock fee for any returned, unwanted, unused merchandise.
If the product is returned damaged in any way, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN, and,
the item either returned to you or disposed of at our discretion.
If any order is being returned unused and unwanted for any reason, we DO NOT
pay for shipping back to us. We shipped your order FREE of charge to you.
Therefore, it is your responsability to ship it back to us. This is a fair policy.
These are strict policies with NO exceptions. Please read carefully.
What is a "Restock Fee" (mentioned above)?
The purpose of a Restocking Fee is to compensate the company for any
reasonable costs incurred in returning an item to inventory such as checking and
verifying condition of the returned item, correcting stock and accounting
records. Most companies have them these days.
Is that legal?
Yes, 100% legal, as long as you are notified about the fee.
Every receipt/packing slip we send out with orders say this to
let you know about the fee, and it is also declared here on the website.
8. OPENED MERCHANDISE (DEFECTIVE)
These are very strict policies - please read carefully!
All opened Products are Guaranteed 100% and warranted for a period of 90 Days.
After 90 days there are no returns accepted UNLESS it is unopened and not used.
Failure to return a product within the return period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product. You are responsible to contact us within 90 days.
Most companies have 15 to 30 day return policies! Ours is more than adequate time
to report your problem to us.
There are no exceptions to this policy!
Please do not contact us for refunds, credits, or exchanges after 90 days.
However, Technical Support is given for up to 1 Year for any issues you may need
help with, such as Printer issues, Printing help, Cartridge, Drum or Refill Kit help.
Tech Support is Free for 1 year for any product purchased, and 90 days for any Refunds, Returns, or Credits. Tech support means phone, chat, or email help with issues concerning your Brother printer and/or our products you purchased from us. But still, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be given after 90 days, only Technical Support.
Within the 90 day period:
Upon return and inspection of the product, refunds or exchange of the product will be issued if the item is found to be defective. Any products being returned as defective must be at least 70% filled in order to be accepted for a refund.
After 90 days: No Refunds or Exchanges.
If you and BrotherToners agree that the item is defective and proof is provided of it's defectiveness, we will issue an RMA number and pay for shipping back to us. This must be done within 90 days.
Please CONTACT US before you ship anything or you will not receive any refund or credit. You must have an RMA number to return any items.
Refund policy on returned items: When we recieve the returned products back to us, the items will be inspected first. If any of the returned items are damaged from improper packing, improper handling, or no RMA number included, you will be responsible for the loss or damage and no refund will be given. You may be however, refunded or credited for any items not damaged, or partial refund. Please make sure all returned products are very properly packed or damages may occur. Please contact us if you need assistance in proper return packing. This is a strict policy and no exceptions. Any questions, please contact us.
If we find the item NOT to be defective and the box has been opened and the product
has been used, NO refund or credit will be given. We will ship the item back to you with
proof from us of it's credability.
If any cartridge is damaged from shipping when you receive it, such as cracks or leaking toner, please DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THE CARTRIDGE. Please dispose into a plastic bag or trash bag and seal it. Contact us IMMEDIATELY and DO NOT use any liquid to clean it off of carpet, clothing, or rugs. The toner must be cleaned while DRY. It is not toxic to skin, but any cleaning should be done outdoors. Breathing toner dust for long periods may be harmful. Please ventilate the area being cleaned. If the damaged cartridge is used inside your printer without contacting us first, we are not liable for any damage done to your printer. YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE USING ANY DAMAGED CARTRIDGE! Toner should be cleaned with a VACUUM, then small residue wiped with a damp cloth. Contact us if you have any questions or are un-sure about anything!
Credit card purchases are refunded back to your credit card within 60 days.
After 60 days, refunds are sent by check via postal service (mail).
Price Changes and Price Increases:
Every Year, BrotherToners.com will need to increase or change it's product pricing
due to increases in shipping charges, taxes, supplies, etc.
We reserve the right to increase or decrease our prices to stay in business.
We feel any price increases are very fair and competetive and would never be
done to be fraudulent or unfair towards customers.
