BrotherToners warrants each cartridge to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. If any cartridge is found to be defective, BrotherToners will, at its option, elect to either replace the cartridge, refund the purchase price or repair and re-send it. Brothertoner cartridges have been remanufactured utilizing strict procedures for every phase of the manufacturing process. These rigid quality controls are adhered to in every step of the remanufacturing procedure. This is why we guarantee that a BrotherToner cartridge will equal or exceed the performance of an original equipment manufacturer's product.

BrotherToners tries to stay away fom using "compatible" type of cartridges.
Compatibles tend to have bad quality and too many problems with the reman process.
We try our best to only use 100% Brother OEM cartridges. They print better, they last
longer, and have a better success rate!

BrotherToners also warrants that, subject to the conditions stated below and under normal use (including operation of printer equipment within specifications), our toner cartridges and drums will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible printers. In the event of any reported related printer problem due to a defective cartridge, the customer should always first call us for assistance. All proposed service should first be approved by one of our technicians.

BrotherToners will have the option to perform the proposed service or to appoint another authorized service facility to perform the proposed service.

BrotherToners liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
